All of our Apprentices, Trainees, Graduates and Sponsored Degree Students go through structured bespoke programmes. Each individual is supported in their role through ongoing training which encourages professional development, whilst also promoting wellbeing through excellent support systems and wellbeing resources.
We've partnered with the House Building Skills Partnership to promote careers in house building, with a focus on attracting new entrants into the industry, and on providing specialist training to develop the qualified workforce needed to construct today's high quality new homes.

Our latest research reveals half (49%) of women have considered and are open to working in construction. The survey of 1,000 young adults aged 16-24 found after decades of men dominating the construction industry, more women are looking to enter the sector. In fact, three fifths (60%) of women believe that a career in construction is often overlooked.

Redrow Homes South Wales took to the banks of the river Taff last weekend to take part in the Great Taff Tidy. Armed with bin bags and litterpickers, around 300 volunteers, including 17 staff members from the Redrow Homes South Wales Office, turned out to help clean up the Taff and its surrounding area.
