Featuring homes from our Heritage Collection, Worden Gardens is set amid open countryside, on former farmland in Leyland. We worked closely with South Ribble’s planning authority as well as the Homes and Communities Agency to agree a comprehensive masterplan for the site, which includes a significant extension of neighbouring Worden Park.
At a time when housing delivery was historically low in Central Lancashire, Redrow launched plans for a large, carefully phased development in Clayton-le-Woods to help to address the gap between supply and demand. Key to its success has been our focus on creating a comprehensive and cohesive overall development, working closely with landowners to ensure each stage is brought forward in a timely manner, maximising returns for all parties.
Redrow is creating the popular Tabley Green development in Fulwood, near Preston. We’ve successfully promoted and delivered a number of phases of development through the planning process, acquiring each parcel of land through option agreements with landowners. The wider site has been developed in accordance with the North West Preston Masterplan SPD and we have helped to deliver significant new infrastructure for the area.
