We’re proud to be one of the first housebuilders to implement the New Homes Quality Board’s new code of practice, which champions quality new homes, putting customers at the heart of the new build process.
Created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. The FTSE4Good indexes are used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.
Building thriving communities is at the heart of everything we do, and we recognise the difference we can create through supporting our local communities and charitable projects. Our ‘1,000 Days’ employee campaign encourages colleagues to choose their preferred cause or project to support.
A Stockport primary school is the proud owner of two recycled benches and a newly painted play pod. Housebuilder Redrow has donated the benches, made entirely from paint cans, to Ladybrook Primary School, Bramhall.
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our Redrow Southern office in Crawley, where a team led by Rod Martin will be expanding Redrow’s reach to Surrey and Sussex.
As one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, Redrow has a responsibility to meet the aim set by the UK government to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2050. This is, of course, not an insignificant challenge. Yet we believe that it is also a great opportunity to learn and innovate, and to future-proof the homes and communities we build.
